​The appraisal was fast, but documentation very thorough. Exactly met out insurers requirements. They not the cheapest or most expensive, but had immediate openings for an appointment without have to leave the items there. Highly recommend.

​I got an appraisal of my wedding ring and a necklace on relatively short notice.  I also had a set of earrings, which tom immediately told me were costume jewelry (with no charge).  He also gave me a very rough estimate of value on the necklace so I could decide if it was worth enough to even get the appraisal - where he could have just taken my money without questions. I appreciated his honesty and really liked that I did not need to leave my jewelry.  He did the appraisal right in front of me on a Saturday and delivered the report by email the next Monday.   And he has locations across the valley - so he makes it easy and and he is affordable.  If you need an appraisal- he's your guy!!!

​I don't often write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received that I felt I must let others know.  Tom is a class act!  He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  I had him appraise my antique ring and he noticed one of the diamonds were loose which he quickly brought to my attention.  He repaired it for me at no charge while I waited!  I found his appraisal fee to be very reasonable and I will definitely use his services again.  I highly recommend.

I researched thoroughly before deciding on LaGravinese Jewelry Appraisals, and travelled 2.5hrs to meet with Tom.  I am so glad I did.  He was a delight to meet, very fast and efficient.  Tom was also  informative, explaining the steps as he went through them,  I really enjoyed the watching the process.  As promised the appraisal arrived the same day.  It was a pleasure all round, I would not hesitate to recommend him, and his company.
